What is a tipper trailer?

A tipper trailer is a semi-trailer with a reinforced open body that a hydraulic ram tilts backwards to unload. The load slides out by gravity in a few minutes, without a digger, a conveyor or any other equipment at the destination. It is the standard vehicle for moving aggregates, soil, rubble and any loose bulk material in large volumes.

Aggregate, gravel and sub-base delivery to site

We deliver aggregates, gravel, sand and sub-base (zahorra) to your site in the quantity and on the dates you need. The tipping body unloads the material in minutes, right where it is needed, keeping the work on site moving.

Soil and rubble removal (muck away) to tip or recycling plant

We remove excavated soil, rubble and construction and demolition (C&D) waste from your site and take it to an authorised recycling plant or landfill, with the waste documentation required by regulations. You clear the site; we take care of the transport.

Tipper transport for every kind of bulk material

We move aggregates, soil, rubble, minerals and other bulk materials in reinforced bodies with a regulation tarpaulin that stops material escaping on the road. A service for construction companies, quarries, plants and private customers.

• Aggregates: gravel, sand, crushed stone, sub-base.

• Excavated soil and topsoil.

• Rubble and construction and demolition waste.

• Minerals and raw materials for industry, including the ceramic sector.

• Bulk cereals, biomass, salt and fertilisers.

• Scrap metal and recycled materials.

How a tipper job works

1. Tell us what, how much and where

The material, the approximate volume or tonnage, the loading point and the tipping point.

2. We plan the trips

We work out the number of trips and units needed and agree the schedule with you, including several trucks for busy periods on site.

3. Loading, sheeted transport and tipping

The truck is loaded by your machinery or at the quarry or plant, travels sheeted and within the legal weight, and tips the material where you tell us.

Legal weights and sheeted loads

Every load is kept within the legal weight limit for the vehicle and travels covered with a regulation tarpaulin. That keeps material off the road, avoids fines and protects your company as the party responsible for the load.

Tipper transport in Castellón, Valencia and across Spain

Our base is on an industrial estate in Vila-real (Castellón), a few minutes from the Port of Castellón and half an hour from the Port of Valencia, right on the AP-7 and A-7 Mediterranean corridor. We give a fast service to building sites, quarries and plants in the area and run national routes depending on the project.

Areas we work in most often: Castellón de la Plana, Vila-real, Almazora, Onda, Alcora, Nules, Burriana, La Vall d'Uixó, Sagunto, Valencia and the industrial estates along the Mediterranean corridor.

Tipper or grab lorry: which do you need?

A tipper trailer carries large volumes and unloads itself by tipping, but it has to be loaded by a digger, a loading shovel or at the quarry or plant. A grab lorry has its own crane with a grab bucket and can load itself, but carries much less per trip. For moving large quantities between a quarry, a plant and a site — or for removing excavated material that a machine on site can load — a tipper is the most efficient choice.

What we need to quote your tipper transport

• The type of material (aggregates, soil, rubble, mixed waste, other).

• The approximate volume in m³ or tonnes, and whether it is a single job or ongoing.

• Loading point, and how the truck will be loaded (digger, loading shovel, quarry or plant).

• Tipping point: site, recycling plant, landfill or storage area.

• Access conditions for a heavy truck at both ends.

• Dates and the pace you need (trips per day).

Tipper transport: frequently asked questions

What materials can be transported in a tipper?

Loose bulk materials: aggregates, soil, gravel, sand, sub-base, rubble and construction waste, minerals, scrap metal, bulk cereals and biomass, among others.

How is the material unloaded?

With the trailer's tipping system: a hydraulic ram tilts the body and the material slides out at the rear in a few minutes, quickly and safely, without any equipment at the destination.

Is the load covered during transport?

Yes. Our tippers travel with a regulation tarpaulin to stop material escaping on the road and to comply with traffic regulations.

Do you remove soil and construction waste from sites?

Yes. We take excavated soil, rubble and construction and demolition waste to an authorised recycling plant or landfill, with the waste documentation required when it applies.

How much does tipper transport cost?

It depends on the material, the volume, the distance and, for waste, the gate fee of the plant or landfill. We give a fixed, no-obligation quote.

Can you supply several tippers at once?

Yes. For campaigns and busy periods on site we plan several units together so the work doesn't stop.

Which areas do you cover?

We operate from Castellón throughout the Valencian Community, with a fast service to sites, quarries and plants in the area, and run national routes depending on the project.

Do I need a machine on site to load the tipper?

Yes. A tipper is loaded by a digger, a loading shovel or at the quarry or plant; it then unloads itself by tipping. If you don't have machinery on site, tell us and we will look at the best option for your job.

Do you work for private customers?

Yes. As well as construction companies, quarries and plants, we deliver materials and remove soil and rubble for private customers, as long as a heavy truck can access the site.
